The staff at Literacy Network includes 5 full-time and 5 part-time employees, contract teachers, interns, and more than 350 volunteer tutors. All classroom instructors have advanced degrees and/or are certified teachers. Volunteer tutors come from a variety of professional backgrounds and attend a 10-hour tutor training series before being matched with students.
